Our Fees
Ultimately, like any good professional service, our fees are time based. However, unlike some we do not "time" calls, emails or meetings. To us, being able to talk for as long as is needed is as important as any other aspect of the service.

Typically we will quote for our work, so that our clients know exactly what to expect. We also usually quote an "all in fee", so no hidden bills or charges.

We also offer monthly payment as an option, which often fits with the work we are doing (payroll, bookkeeping and general advice often being monthly).
​
We pride ourselves in being open and honest with fees, and of course value for money.
Pricing
Initial Consultation
We do not charge for any initial calls, meetings or advice. This is the time that we want to get to know you, and you to know us, so should not be on the clock!
Tax returns
Once again, our fees are time based, and we will always quote specifically to each client and their needs. But as a starting point, standard tax returns are usually in the £200 - £300 (plus VAT) range depending on the records and complexity.
Year end accounts for limited companies
Unlike a "simple" self assessment tax return, limited companies require a significant amount more work. As a minimum a limited company requires year end accounts, a company tax return, annual filings as well as quite possibly personal tax returns for respective shareholders.

That being said, our time and fees depend on factors such as how your records are kept, do you use software, the size of company and of course complexity.

As such it is very difficult to give a "standard" price, so why not contact us now for a quote.
Bookkeeping
Our in house bookkeepers cost just £25 per hour (plus VAT), a very competitive rate for experienced bookkeepers. For some clients having us "assist" with their bookkeeping is enough, so just an hour or two a month. For others we complete all of their bookkeeping, basic credit control and core accounts function. Allowing them to concentrate on running their business.
